    Why do you charge for site visits?

    In order to cover travel exp, administrative time / communication, etc…

    Bottom line: All companies charge for a site visit; however, most hide it within the estimate / bid. I’d rather be upfront

    Expertise: mildew & mold removal, painting, minor plumbing (faucet replacement / upgrades) & electrical (fixture replacement), landscaping (ponds: koi, grass block walkways / driveways, trimming, etc…), drywall repair / patching, roofing repair, deck repair / construction, fence repair / construction, minor concrete pour (6×6 lani’s with rebar), concrete crack repair, concrete sealant, minor driveway repairs (concrete cracks / blacktop cold patches), terminate damage repair, furniture repair (carpentry-restain,etc), baseboard & crown molding, chain link fence, wood fence, monthly vehicle detailing, monthly window cleaning, website design, social media marketing, IT networking, email configuration, etc…

    Sub-out: gutter install & repair (fall risk), large concrete pour (need masonry lic), major electrical (need electrical lic), complete reroof (need contractor lic), window installations, AC repair.

  • After we finish our work, we clean up after ourselves, leaving your home as clean as before we started working.
