Unplugged and going old school at the beach this evening, with a pair of sticks, sand, and a custom made tic-tac-toe board I said, “Game on!”
In a previous post titled, “ReThinking About Personally Getting Divorced or Separation in 2014” I stated that I needed to learn to balance the time I spend on my phone. Making my phone an accessory rather than a priority.
Today’s post is a small step show how this can be done.
We need to give ourselves a bit of grace wrapped with limitations as to when and where your phone can be used. Control how you use your phone, and stop allowing your phone to control you. Try spending parts of your weekends unplugged, offline, and away from your mobile device.
This evening was a step towards keeping my word and trying to live out all that I post / write about.
Here’s to unplugging and going old school from time to time!
Here’s to falling forward, learning to continually get back up, and enjoying life unplugged or connected.
